A Graphic Designer’s Ongoing Quest: Blending Art, Travel, and Visual Storytelling

I’m a Graphic Designer with a diverse background, blending deep artistic roots with a growing passion for user-centered design. Originally from San Francisco and now based in Valencia, Spain, I specialize in crafting impactful visuals while actively working toward becoming a skilled UX designer.

My creative journey began with a love for art, sketching comic book characters, and admiring the vibrancy of street murals. This early passion evolved over time, shaped by unique experiences like over six years of service in the U.S. Navy, with assignments in Spain and Japan. After earning a degree in Architecture from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, I explored the world further, working as a graphic designer for a digital marketing agency in Medellín, Colombia. There, my curiosity shifted toward web design and the power of user experience.

That spark led me to dive deep into the field: I explored web programming, attended a coding bootcamp, spent a year at film school, and completed the Google UX Design Certificate. These steps have given me a solid foundation and a structured, user-focused process that I now combine with my creative background as I actively transition into UX design.

Beyond my work in design, I draw inspiration from history, photography, and filmmaking. You’ll often find me creating content for Instagram and YouTube, capturing moments that fuel creativity. Based in Valencia, I’m always open to collaboration, new projects, or a conversation over coffee. Feel free to get in touch!
